Quick Facts:
There are a few things that really excite me:
1. Books- To read, write and share them brings me great joy. They aren't simply an escape, they are a way to find ourselves.
2. Nature- Growing crops, living sustainably and in nature is one way I find healing and inspiration.
3. Children- As an adult child myself, I feel the need to inspire new ways for our young ones to find their voices. I'd love to run programs in different communities, exploring how literature, both oral and written, can be a form of therapy and a way to nurture strong voices.
4. Mental Health Causes- There's no straight line when it comes to dealing with mental health issues. As I learn to live through my struggles, communion with others like me, is important. I hope that through the different states and their healing I can create space and understanding for the perception of our different selves.
My work often revolves around these things that make me truly happy and define me. As my story is still being written, more facts shall reveal themselves in time.
